• No smoking is allowed inside the house.

• We accept all major credit cards.

• Children of age to appreciate the ambiance of B&B are welcome.

• No pets allowed.

• Reservations require one night’s advance deposit.

• A two-night minimum is required for holidays and special events.

• Check-in time is 4-6 p.m., check-out time is 11 a.m.

• Refunds will be given only if cancellation is made 24 hours or more prior to your scheduled stay. For holidays, special events or multiple rooms, a 14-day notice is required. There is no refund for early departure. Weekday business travelers must give 24-hour notice of cancellation. A handling fee of $15 will be assessed for each reservation cancelled with less than 24 hours notice.
